We work with in-house marketing teams, creative and digital agencies, and start-ups and scale-ups that need specialist skills quickly. Most of our placements are in London, Manchester and Bristol, and we fill remote roles across the UK. Our clients range from 10-person studios to national retailers and financial services groups.

Our process

  1. Brief

    A specialist consultant calls you within one working day. We spend 30 minutes on the role, the team and what good looks like, then send back a written brief and honest advice on salary or day rate.

  2. Search

    We go to our own network first, then search and approach people who aren't actively looking. You get a shortlist of three to five candidates within five working days, each with a short note on why they fit.

  3. Interview

    We arrange interviews, prepare candidates and collect feedback from both sides within 24 hours. If the shortlist isn't right, we adjust the brief and go again at no extra cost.

  4. Offer and onboarding

    We manage the offer, handle any negotiation and keep in touch with your new hire before they start. After they join, we check in at one week, one month and three months.

Fees

We keep it simple and you never pay anything up front.

Permanent roles:
a one-off fee of 15% of the first year's base salary, payable only when your new hire starts. Invoices are due within 30 days of the start date.
Our guarantee:
if a permanent hire leaves within the first 12 weeks, we'll find a replacement free of charge.
Contract and freelance roles:
no placement fee. You pay an agreed day rate that includes our margin, and we handle timesheets, invoicing and payment to the contractor. We'll tell you the margin before you commit.
Senior and exclusive searches:
for roles above £80,000, we can run a retained search. The fee is the same 15%, split into three stages: on starting the search, on shortlist and on placement.

Candidates never pay us anything.
