The role
An independent brand and packaging studio in Leeds wants a junior designer to join a team of six. You'll work on packaging, brand guidelines and retail displays for food and drink clients, with plenty of time alongside the senior designers.
What you'll do
- Adapt packaging designs across sizes, flavours and ranges
- Prepare print-ready artwork and check proofs
- Build mock-ups and presentation boards for client meetings
- Help with concept work on new brand projects
- Keep the studio's asset library tidy and well labelled
What you'll need
- A portfolio that shows strong typography and layout
- Good working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Some understanding of print production
- Up to two years of studio experience, or a recent design degree
- Keen to learn and open to feedback
