The role
A digital health provider is redesigning its patient booking app and needs a senior UX designer for six months. You'll join a product squad in Manchester two days a week and work remotely the rest of the time.
What you'll do
- Lead research with patients and clinicians
- Map current booking journeys and find where people drop off
- Design and test new flows, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Work with engineers to make sure designs ship as intended
- Make accessibility a part of every design decision
What you'll need
- Five or more years in UX or product design
- Strong portfolio showing research and the decisions it led to
- Expert in Figma and prototyping
- Good knowledge of WCAG 2.2
- Healthcare or regulated sector experience is helpful
